We have had a very successful staff training day, with everyone working hard to refresh and develop their knowledge and skills.
Many of our team successfully renewed their Paediatric First Aid qualification, while our newer members of staff completed the training for the very first time. A huge well done to everyone for passing!
Throughout the day, staff also completed a range of essential training, including:
* Safeguarding
* Food Hygiene
* Prevent Duty (Radicalisation Awareness)
In addition, we took part in refresher sessions on:
* Safe Sleep
* The Role of the Key Worker
* Anaphylaxis Awareness
We also reviewed our SEND provision, and Meg has been extremely busy updating and improving all of the relevant paperwork to ensure our systems remain as effective as possible.
We are incredibly proud of the commitment shown by the whole team. Ongoing training helps us continue to provide the highest standards of care, safety, and education for all of the children in our setting.
